Dedicated fax number for delivery to your desktop as an email

With our platform, you are assigned a fax number that your clients can continue to dial and send to as they would any other fax number. Our system will convert the contents of the fax into a PDF document which is attached to an email and then sent to you.

Via your control panel you can specify which email addresses should receive a copy of these emails via your control panel. There are no limits to the number of email recipients who can receive a copy of each fax received. There are no additional costs per fax received. You simply pay an annual subscription and that’s all.

Send us an email, we’ll send it as a fax

Sending a fax has never been easier! You can now send our system a fax and we will do the rest for you. This cuts down your daily walks to the fax machine and it should save you time and money.

We charge based on the number of pages that are sent to the destination email address. This is operated on a pre-paid credit basis with credits being assigned to pre-registered email addresses. When an email is received by our system, we’ll debit the credits used.

You would send your fax to 01216552731@fax.flamingfax.com and simply replace the number with the fax number you want to reach. Our system will attempt to send and will auto-retry in the event that the number is engaged. Emails are then sent to you to confirm success or failure.

Pick from millions of UK numbers

We have millions of phone numbers you can pick from for your fax to email number. Our ranges cover the vast majority of area codes in the UK (eg 01865 and 0151) as well as non-geographic solutions (eg 0845 and 03).

For a small fee, we can arrange to port your existing BT based phone number across to our platform thus retiring your line as well as your fax machine. Please note that porting the number can lead to the line ceasing so be sure to have a plan in place if the line is used for broadband too.
