Sab, Flaming’s founder, manages Flaming’s IT and technical department. Sab boasts a diverse and wide portfolio of experience and clientele which allows him to tailor his impressive IT and technical superpowers to suit all your technological requirements.

Prior to founding Flaming and The IT Support Heroes in the early 2000’s, Sab worked in recruitment before taking on public and private sector roles which included NAG and Derbyshire Constabulary.

Sam manages Flaming’s Accounts division. She has a working background in differing sectors ranging from engineering/manufacturing to service provision and Government departments.

From here, Sam has gained vast experience within the accountancy and bookkeeping sector and is able to use her spreadsheet superpowers, diligence and knowledge to meet your requirements and more. (All with her signature, award winning smile at no extra charge – of course).

James has many superpowers that he brings to Flaming. From managing our offices to overseeing payroll and credit control, James can tailor and adapt his skillset to suit you and your company’s requirements.

James has a very diverse background and has worked with some of the country’s biggest utility companies meaning that along with his ability to cater for your every service requirement, he will bring impeccable customer service.

Chris is a cornerstone of our technical team. With a deep well of expertise in VPNs, network security, and antivirus solutions, Chris plays a crucial role in fortifying our clients’ IT infrastructures.

His work ensures that our customers always enjoy secure, efficient, and reliable systems. Chris ensures that our clients are always protected by the most advanced and robust security measures, making him an indispensable part of our mission to deliver top-tier IT support.

Danielle, a recent English and Film Graduate* is Flaming’s newest recruit.

Post-graduation, Danielle has taken her new role as Digital Media Executive in her stride, bringing all her abilities such as consistency, understanding and creativeness to cater for all your digital media requirements. From managing your website and chosen social platforms daily to constructing informative and well executed blog posts, you can rest assured your online digital presence will be both aesthetically pleasing and as active as you are whilst running your business in the real world.

Dylan is Flaming’s most athletic support hero! Along with the rest of the team, he will often be your first port of call for all of your IT support queries offering solutions and assistance in a timely and friendly manner.

When not flexing his brain muscles, you can find him at the gym, festivals and rescuing frisbees from abnormally large trees.

Jess is a key part of our billing and administration team, playing a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our financial operations. With her expertise, she handles a wide array of critical tasks, including crafting precise customer invoices, collecting, and organizing customer account data, and processing the monthly bills.

Jess’s role is essential to maintaining the accuracy and efficiency of our billing processes and her unwavering attention to detail, combined with a proactive and customer-focused approach, not only safeguards the integrity of our financial transactions but also elevates the level of support we provide to our customers.
